Title: Logistics Dispatch Support Location: Mississauga, ON. Head Office Type: Full Time (Permanent) (Monday to Friday with Occasional Weekends as required)

Position Summary:
The Dispatcher Support will be energetic, organized, punctual, professional, strong communicator and execute the day-to-day activities. The Dispatcher Support will report directly to the Logistics Manager. This position is an in-office position
Primary Responsibilities:
- Establish schedules and procedures
- Coordinate activities with relevant stakeholders and prepare reports and administrative processes accordingly
- Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders ensuring all processes are on track
- Communicate with customers regarding shipments as required including challenges/issues regarding service
- Problem resolution; and
- Other responsibilities as required.
Qualifications
Language Requirements:
- English
- Punjabi is considered an asset
Experience:
- Logistics Dispatch and Coordination Experience (1-2 years)
Education and Certifications:
- Diploma and/or Degree in relevant discipline preferred (Supply Chain Management, etc.)
Knowledge and Skills:
- Strong negotiation skills
- Strong Communication Skills
- Advanced knowledge of logistical concepts and supply chain terminology, specifically with international freight
- Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strong attention to detail
